I am a 20 year old college student with no priors, who was accused of consuming a 3 dollar bottle of juice in a supermarker. Police came and booked us for shoplifting. I went to court and got 20 hours of community service and have to pay for the 3 dollar bottle. Judge said don't get in trouble for 12 months and this whole incident will get expunged and it will be like it never happened. Going from experience, it may very well be the Xbox. It might have accidentaly grabbed the PC's IP address. This usually happens though when someone is running a web server, and the router gets totally confused. Then again it could be someone else. Creepy men who stare?

Just a curious question. I have been a stripper, and I have played roller derby. In each case, most of the spectators are men. They have fun, they whoop and holler and laugh. But then there is always that one guy - like in the picture I saw today in my most recent derby match - that is standing or sitting completely still with this creepy, unemotional expression. While everyone around him is cheering, hollering, and having a good time, this wierdo is leeering but not in a ual way...it's like he is angry and can't stand what he is looking at, but all the same keeps his focus on the women that are performing or playing. I want to know what the hell these creepy men are thinking. Any insight?

Windows Movie Maker: the Project Timeline plays perfect; the video of the published final product freezes up?

This has been a serious headache. I have previously successfully made videos with Windows MovieMaker (WMM). I have a good video card and a good (new) computer. I am now making a short video (5 minutes). To do this, I previously converted camcorder .vob video to .mpeg, so that WMM will import it. At a key point in the video (but NOT in the video of the work-product) the video freezes up (although the audio track and any embedded titles keep going). What have I tried? 1) I have tried reloading the video into the timeline. 2) I have split the offending video into segments. 3) I have even (this is now officially witchcraft) cut segments and then repasted them. Maybe I should be using something like Pinnacle 11 instead? No, really, is there a fix for my video?

I've heard rumors that my english teacher is going to give my cl a test with no question. He is apparently going to hand us a blank piece of paper and tell us to "Wing it." Luckily I have a friend who was in his cl last year, and he says we are supposed to write an essay answering a question of our choice in the essay. ie: who watches the watchmen, or something along those lines. This is called "over-grooming". My cat licked all the fur off her belly, but the vet said it was just stress. What would best complement my aikido?

I've been taking Aikido for almost a year now and have found it to be a mostly pive art. The form I study is closer to Daito-Ryu Aiki-Ju-Jutsu (where Aikido and Judo came from), so it's a bit more aggressive than most other forms of Aikido. If you study a more pive form, I'd look into something more aggressive as far as striking and ground fighting. Kickboxing is a great compliment, but I'd get into MMA which incorporates a lot of Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Boxing, Wrestling, BJJ, and Judo. You need to learn to fight on the ground. BJJ is good, but it's mostly submissions, Ju-jutsu (Japanese form) is great as it is a combination of submissions, grappling, striking and weapons, Kickboxing is good for stand up only, Systema is good, but there is a lot of hype behind it and have found it to be not much different than Krav Maga, Tai Chi is more a form of meditation than a martial art, Kendo is good if you're going to be defending yourself with a long object, I don't know what Kiaido is unless you mean Iaido which is good if you want to become a master with a sword, and Dim Mak isn't a martial art, but is rather a concept and sets of techniques in martial arts which concerns itself with debilatating and lethal blows. I'm a healthy man in his mid 20's. I met this woman who I find amazing. First off, all three of them are awesome. Out of all these planes, I think probably the F-22 would win. Even though the raptor is less agile, that thrust vectoring in it will come in handy, plus the weapon systems inside the raptor are probably better. The f-35, on the other hand, is a whole other story. Great technology, awesome plane, but the main purpose of the joint strike fighter program was to design an affordable plane that would replace the harrier, f-16, and the plane I used to work with the old f-18c (not to be confused with f-18e and f which are super hornets). So the main focus of this program was to get a great, multi branch airplane for their money. In the case of the raptor, the whole idea was to build a fighter that would rule the skies and replace the f-15. Making a cheap plane was not the main issue, so even though the F-22 is more expensive, it has a lot of good stuff inside.

She forwarded me the "Property Condition Disclosure Statement." On it, the seller discloses that there is a "very slight bow in the basement wall." It has been there since 1977, when he first bought the house, and he claims that the bow hasn't gotten worse in the 30+ years he's been in the house. So Ill try to wrap up 2 years as quickly as possible. My ex came into my life confessing his undying love for me. We moved very fast! We got a place together, and he got a ring and proposed and things were great. Until everything went wrong. He began to contact his ex-wife and many other women in an inappropriate manor. He became cold, mean, selfish and abusive. The more I tried, the more he seem to have hated me and pushed me away for mos. We were on an ongoing roller coaster. I had to move out and it was hard because I was in school and working part time and he was the sole provider so I had to struggle to maintain after he decided he didnt want to be with me. We then got back together for two mos and broke up again about a week ago. During our break up I was furious with anger and I felt cheated, lied to, I felt like he broke promises, like he never loved me, he was mean and I resented him for making things so hard for me. I asked him so many times if he was ready for marriage and he was so sure then he just snatched it all away so quickly. He however changed after we broke up and began to treat me very nicely. I had only been a week but I was shocked! One night I asked if he could give me a ride home from work and he said he didnt want to take me home that he wanted me to stay with him that night instead. We had and it felt almost like the beginning. Until he told me that I was wonderful its just that he is not ready for the commitment he was offering. We used to argue alot but the was always great, I asked if a ual relationship was something that we could continue. He never responded. Possible Multiple Sclerosis?

I am a 27 yo mother of 3. I have been having cramping in my feet for the past 2 months, as if I was walking barefoot on rocks. September 28th, I started nervously shaking on the left side of my body, that within a few days gradually got worse and turned into tremors. When I would go to walk, my left toes would curl under my foot it seemed, and I would have to walk on the outter left side of my foot. I called my doc because I went partially numb on the left side, still had some feeling, but not full feeling. I was then hospitalized and had numerous tests ran, MRI, CT, MRA and Spinal Tap. Which all came back normal, however I'm currently waiting for the results of the Spinal Tap. My shaking and tremors got worse, as to when I would go to stand up, my entire body would just "bounce". I literally couldn't stand still without shaking tremendously. I had bladder incontinence, and am still having constipation. My Neurologist at the hospital says possible MS. However, I went to get a 2nd opinion to another Neurologist, whom didn't even look at my tests, and made a diagnosis of ADD (because I quit college) and Migraines. The tremors have stopped and I am able to walk again without the help of a walker or wheelchair. Has Anyone else gone through these symptoms? Does this really sound like MS?

In 2004 my ALT was 94 my Alkaline Phos was 397 and my AST was 64. They said my gallbladder was dead they took it out and slowly over a year they returned to normal. Quick Detail and Wax Advice?

I use Mequiars's quick detailer spray, because it's so accessable and really won't hurt a clearcoat. But, you can also dust it off with a specially treated car duster. I personally don't like to use dusters for fear of mico scratching. There are many quick detailers out there . It's an intermediate step between washing and waxing. But not between polish jobs. Just do a general search on "quick detailer sprays" and you might pick up on something you like. I use Mequiar's for spot cleaning of water spots and bird droppings.I too live in an apartment ,in hot hot Texas. But you must always maintain a good fairly fresh wax job on your car for quick detailers to work. Remember you don't have to do a large area, ,just enough to git rid of your soiled spots.....it's a matter of minutes. And Micro is good,but soft cotton terry is also good. I use micro for my final wipe down after a wax job and a terry for the main wax removal. Terry can take more dry wax off initially. Also check out "bettercarcare.com" for a full course on detailing. Good Luck and watch those water spots too. I have some baked into my paint that I don't think I'll ever be able to get out. Mequiar's paint cleaner was a real dud.

Why does my kingsnake burrow so much?

I have a banded CA kingsnake. I got it 2 days ago. It has been burrowing a lot since I got it. I have fed it 2 pinky mice. I thought that it was nocturnal because it came out a lot more during the first night that I had it. But it is night now and it is still burrowed under the bark bedding. I know that it is still in the terrarium because I have 3 locks on the lid and the snake is not big enough to push off the lid even if I had no locks on it. Something Weird Happend To My Friend! He Can't Remember A Ceratin Day?

Okay, so a while ago (over a year) me and my friend went on this hike to the lake, and we were talking about it today on Facebook, and he says he doesn't remember that day AT ALL! Not even bits and pieces. I even send him pictures to jog his memory and he still says he doesn't remember. There was something weird about him that day. 2004 Pontiac GP. Had aux input installed with factory radio. Now gauges go to zero intermittently. Help?

Never had this problem before the aux input was installed. Im sure they used a kit of some sort with a wiring harness. When the problem occurs I get a chime and the Driver Info center says "Traction control Off" at first then it changes to "low fuel" because the gas gauge shows empty even though I have a full tank... Speedo is the only gauge that works during this event. If I drive it for a while the problem corrects itself OR if I turn the key to the start position momentarily the dash sort of "resets" itself and all is well. What gives. Please help. Never had this problem before the aux input was installed..???

I've been watching old movies from the 30s and 40s lately, and have begun to see a trend; when an actor was in a movie back then, usually they had more then just acting ability. They usually sang or danced or played an instrument. They were good looking, emotive and skilled entertainers. These days, you're lucky to find an actor who can strum a few cords on a guitar while trying to look like they have more then two or three emotions. And don't get me started on the vast number of one-trick ponies in Hollywood, like the Celebrity Punchlines Adam Sandler or Jack Black. Obnoxious acting seems to be the way things are done in Hollywood now, and real acting talent is non-existent. Am I over-reacting, or does anyone else notice this as well?

Problem pie crust HELP!!?

Ok how can you stop your pie crust from burning.this seems to happen to me all the time.I just finished making a pumpkin pie the recipe i followed said to bake it at 425 for 15 mins then to reduce heat to 350 and bake for 35-40 mins i wrapped the crust edges in hopes they wouldnt burn like they did last year and they did.I follwed teh recipe to a T and the edges still burt..How can i prevent this? am i cooking pumpkin pie to long??

I am starting to worry that I may have to be induced due to high blood pressure. I have an appt tomorrow and hopefully a decision will be made on whether or not they think inducing me is necessary.
