Please help me!?

I have a small bump inside my rectum, on the wall. I had a colonoscopy less than a year ago and the doctor informed me that I was fine, nothing wrong, yet took a biopsy. Since then, these little lumps have formed.What could this be? It doesn't hurt. Could it be a skin tag of some sort or maybe scar tissue, should i be worried?
