Legit college, or too good to be true?

It's a for-profit school; they'll take anyone. They're much more interested in the loan money she can get them from the government for them than her education. They are nationally accredited, which is not as good as regional accreditation - that means the credits might not transfer everywhere and not all other schools or employers will recognize the degree.
