I have a new house that smells like mildew. The basement was flooded but its been about 2-3 months since then.?

I bought a house about 2-3 months ago. The basement was flooded and the house was in really bad shape. We emptied the basement from the water right away. We took out all the carpet, the cabinets in the kitchen/bathroom. Everything is literally new. We've painted every room, bleached the basement floor TWICE. The house is completely dry. And it still smells. I havent moved in it yet, but its about ready to move into. But everytime i leave to go back to my current house, i smell like the house. and it stay on me and my clothes until i take a shower and wash my clothes. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!
