Visa process, for going to teach in South Korea?

You must go to the Korean Emby in England to pick up your visa. You give them your pport and they give you a visa. I believe the visa is good for 3 months. Once you get into Korea you are given the 3 months to go to the immigration with your health certificate and other doents from your school; Korean immigration then gives you an ARC card (alien registration card) good for 1 year of entry. If you are planning to stay in Korea for an additional year, you will have to renew the visa. When applying for the initial visa at the Korean emby in England, you MAY have to set up an interview. This depends on the local officer in your area.
