My hearts racing, and i feel sick..Whats wrong?

I ate taco bell a couple hours ago, a bean and cheese burrito, and it tasted kinda bad, now i feel like throwing up and my heart is beating really fast, whats wrong? I didnt want to eat it in the first place but my grandma wanted to go there for lunch...so...yeah
