Worried about being induced?

I am starting to worry that I may have to be induced due to high blood pressure. I have an appt tomorrow and hopefully a decision will be made on whether or not they think inducing me is necessary. (unfortunately my doctor is not available tomorrow so they still may not decide without talking to her.) What was your experience with being induced? Did you find it bearable or did you get an epidural? Did the contractions come on really strong and fast? Sorry I don't know much about induction and want to ease my worries.
