Plz Help!! :(?

with child services breathing down my neck for accusations that are false how can i move to the US to be with my bf of 2 yrs with my daughter and be happy?! i have jumped through their hoops and done everything they've asked..my daughters father only recently put effort into seeing her regularly and its cause he was pretty much forced into it by child serv. getting involved..i beleive they are involved to to me cutting ties with some ppl that got spiteful and saw the only way to get at me was through my daughter and was actually told this by at least one of the ppl i believe called them. i only want to move with my daughter to be happy with my current bf whom my daughter knows and loves dearly! i feel there is nothing left for me here & want a fresh start.how is this possible? im losing my mind! they say they want to help but they are making things worse for me and my daughter by making me miserable and i feel alone here.born, raised, and always proud to be Canadian.but so alone here!
