In 2004 my ALT was high and I had my gallbladder out now it is out the roof I need some direction.?

In 2004 my ALT was 94 my Alkaline Phos was 397 and my AST was 64. They said my gallbladder was dead they took it out and slowly over a year they returned to normal. Last week I had neck surgery and during the preop blood test my AST is now 104 and my ALT is 312. I have lost 9 lbs in 5 days, have had a stomach ache. I do have a gastro appointment but looking for some additional direction.
