My chances of getting into UC Davis or Santa Barbara?

GPA is low, but SAT score is above decent. You have good extra-curricular activities and your experiences would make up a good personal statement. I'd say you would have a decent shot at both these schools. Your GPA trends show that you've been improving every semester, so that's good. Good luck!
