If you pay already like 20 pounds a month for broadband etc. do you also have to pay something per hour?

if you pay already like 20 pounds a month for broadband etc. do you also have to pay something per hour at home too. things is if you have to then people will be able to find out when and for hwo long you have been using the internet at home. which is not always a good idea. please help me i would really appreciate it thanks
