Addiction? Lortabs? Help?

Ok here it is. I had a car accident it wasn't that bad of one just it broke a little bone in my back nothing that could cause any problems in my back just some pain. Doc gave me some lortabs I didn't abuse them although I took them every time that It was time for me too I needed for a little over a week than maybee 1 in two days haven't even took them all together for 2 weeks 3 days since ive had one for 2 days I think I've had anxiety attacks I've had paranoia feeling like a cant breath at night when I lay down but when I'm up moving around I just feel like I'm having anxiety issues I cant be alone I get scared I don't know why I have to talk or be with somebody I'm a 16 year old male I have had lortabs twice before for broken bones I've never had this problem and I would like to know if this is going to past maybee I need to o see somebody vie been to the doctor twice since the wreck because dehydration issues somebody that knows what there talking about and no guessing I really would like help thanks everybody
