Does this guy like me?

Okay so weve went out 3 times in the past and we got into a huge argument again... Now were talking again and he tells me everything about him... About this girl stalking him and everything.But today I was going to cl and he tried to get me to walk wif him until he realized my cl was in the complete opposite direction... And when I walked away I saw him look back at me then turn..... Does he like me or just see me as a bestfriend.
