Whats the name of this movie?

Not so long ago I saw a movie. I remember that once the credits rolled only two people where presented. The first one was I think Jack nicholson that played a character called white. The second was I think morgan freeman or samuel l jackson that played a character called black. This was the final scene in which both characters were in black's apartment ( black was a janitor) and they were rambling about god and life and death. Then white wad about to get out of the apartment but black stopped him because death was waiting for white outside. Does anyonr knoe the name of this movie?
